A blend of aerobic and lactic conditioning with strength and HYROX specific skills. This class prepares you for the specific physiological demands you will encounter in a HYROX race. It will challenge you physically and mentally, while building a level of familiarity and comfort in the discomfort of these challenges.

Meet Alexa
My fitness journey began in 2013—sparked by a classic breakup and a strong desire to rebuild my confidence. What started as a personal quest to feel stronger quickly evolved into a deep passion, leading me to become a certified fitness coach in 2019. Strength training didn’t just change my body—it reshaped my mindset. I learned how to break free from unhealthy habits, tap into an inner strength I didn’t know I had, and build confidence one rep at a time.Now, I’m on a mission to help others do the same: move past obstacles, build discipline, and step into their power. I've had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients—from Police Academy and Military recruits to youth athletes, beginners new to strength training, and individuals recovering from serious health challenges. Every client is unique, and I’m deeply invested in helping each one reach their goals and feel unstoppable.
