I’ve been a personal trainer since 2017, beginning my journey as a group trainer at Probodies Fitness, where I developed foundational skills in motivating and guiding clients through effective workouts. After three years, I advanced to the position of Master Trainer at LA Fitness, where I honed my expertise in creating customized training programs and mentoring new trainers. Since 2022, I have operated as an independent trainer, allowing me to provide personalized, one-on-one training sessions that focus on individual needs and goals. My diverse experience has equipped me to work with clients of various fitness levels, including beginners, seasoned athletes, and seniors.
